Black Women in Care was founded by Olayinka in year 2020 after seeing the challenges her colleagues are constantly faced with.
Olayinka have a conceived future image of every Black Women in Care being well equipped with the tools and resources needed to be brilliant personally & professionally and she is dedicated in achieving that.
