Having attended BWIC Networking Meeting, it opened my eyes to see the challenges faced by black women in care and how we can work together to support one another for a better tomorrow in our field of work. It also sheds light on support available for women who are struggling in their career or who do not know their legal rights .

Black Women in Care was founded by Olayinka in year 2020 after seeing the challenges her colleagues are constantly faced with.
Olayinka have a conceived future image of every Black Women in Care being well equipped with the tools and resources needed to be brilliant personally & professionally and she is dedicated in achieving that.
