Learners will have access to diverse external peer and executive network to facilitate ongoing support. Learners will receive empowerment to tackle ongoing challenges in the sector.

BWIC leadership development training structure leaders’ knowledge, skills, attitudes, and behaviours to help them become exceptional, compassionate, and inclusive leaders, working at all levels across the health and social care system, to help improve services for people who access them.
The BWIC leadership development programme will support participants to be expectational visionaries, leaders, and team members. This programme will encourage participants to ask, and answer, fundamental questions that will support them to become exceptional leader.
Who Can Apply?
The Programme Is Open to Black Women in Care Who Are Committed To Growing Their Business, Attaining Positions Of Power And Leadership, And Influencing Equality In The Workplace.
We Specialize In Supporting Those Who Have Started Their Business Or Who Wants To Grow Their Business In This Industry And We Also Support Individual With Career Development Within Health And Social Care Through Our Programme.
To Be Included In The Programme, You Need To Be A Partner With BWIC.
