Meeting clients needs starts with holistic analysis. For the past couple of weeks, I have been getting a lot of questions regarding clients assessments, so I have decided to discuss this at our next monthly meet up.
At our meet-up on every last Friday of the month, we will be sharing tips and experiences on how to effectively carry out an appropriate and proportionate assessment. This is also an opportunity to network with other like-minded professionals.
“As you may know, Inappropriate assessment has led to so many errors and safeguarding concerns, that’s why it is paramount we learn the effective & efficient way to do this.”
Some of the questions we would be discussing on the day include:
- Who should be involved in the assessment?
- Is the phone suitable?
- Are there other assessments that can be combined/joined up with?
- Is the practitioner the best-placed person to carry out the assessment, or another organization can do it on their behalf? And so on.
